As a founding member and President, Manjusha is responsible for defining a clear vision and setting strategic direction for the company. Also leading the Sales and Marketing team, she is responsible for KRMA's business development efforts and brings with her a great enthusiasm for the self funded industry as well as a creative energy for KRMA and our clients. Manjusha brings 15+ years of experience in the Health & Welfare field as a financial and group benefits underwriter and then group benefits sales director. She began her career as an underwriter for General Electric Insurance (Genworth) and AIG Medical Excess. Manjusha moved to a Regional Sales Director role with AIG, and later at Berkley Accident & Health and Greymatter Risk Management, taking a specialized interest in captive programs and labor/public sector markets. She continuously strives to bring innovative concepts into the company culture to create top and bottom line growth. She holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Connecticut in Health Care Management and Accounting, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Manjusha resides near Savannah, GA with her husband, daughter and son. When not working, she enjoys coaching her kids in dance and sports, crafting, baking, and anything involving the beach.

Kelly has held various underwriting positions in the insurance field, most recently as a Senior Underwriter at Greymatter Risk Management working with the Sales and Marketing staff as well as directly with Brokers and Third Party Administrators to develop appropriately rated Stop Loss terms for their Self-funded clients. She has over 34 years of experience in the health insurance industry., including 14 years as the Vice President of Underwriting for International Medical Group – International Division (IMG), a Partner / Vice President for a Stop Loss MGU, and various other roles primarily with MGU’s in underwriting leadership, marketing/sales and operations. Kelly's experience includes working both directly and indirectly with Carriers and Re-insurers. Kelly holds the following designations from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP): Health Insurance Associate (HIA), Health Care Anti-Fraud Associate (HCAFA), and Managed Health Professional (MHP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts – Cum Laude degree in Political Science from Hanover College. Kelly resides near Indianapolis, IN with her husband and 3 fur babies. She loves spending time with her kids and grandkids, enjoys going to the theater, and has a talent for turning any moment into a singing moment.

As CFO, Casey leads the finance and accounting team and is responsible for financial plans and policies, fiscal controls, and financial reporting. He also ensures that the company’s growth strategy is in line with its financial health. Casey has been a practicing CPA for 20+ years while working with clients in the insurance and professional industries. He has developed and managed multiple ERISA Plans and Trusts during his career. He has also started and ran multiple entities from a payroll service bureau, TPA, CPA practice, staffing company, health captives and insurance agency over the past 15 years. All of these entities have flourished under his leadership and guidance. The network of professionals and industry leaders have allowed him to continue forward with additional opportunities and market leading ideas. At his most recent position at Greymatter Risk Management, Casey was responsible for managing the company's accounting, licensing, legal, tax, customer and investor relations. Casey resides near Grand Rapids, MI with his family and is an avid golfer.
Colin is a 30 year veteran of the Group Benefits Industry. His career began as a group benefits broker in the Detroit, Michigan, market. In 2002, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for a Michigan-based TPA offering FSA, Cobra, HRA, and Consolidated Billing service solutions for UBA partner firms. After that, he worked as a Senior Sales Executive for Henry Ford Health System and Rogers Benefit Group. As Regional Sales Director for Cofinity and First Health Networks, he established regional and national TPA relationships. Most recently prior to joining KRMA he continued to expand his TPA experience with RBP self-funded business sales with 6 Degrees as VP of Business Development focused on TPA markets.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Colin is a retired professional soccer player. Colin is based out of Gladwin, Michigan, where he resides with his wife and daughter.
Drew is a Marketing Underwriter at KRMA responsible for performing medical stop loss risk analysis for current and prospective clients. Prior to KRMA, Drew was a stop loss Underwriting Analyst at Greymatter Risk Management and before that spent 14 years in individual medical underwriting experience at International Management Group, as well as 4 years of management experience. Skilled in Health Insurance, Customer Service, Employee Benefits Design, software testing, and foreign languages, he holds the designation of Heath Insurance Associate from American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in addition to a Bachelors of Arts in English from Hanover College.
Drew is a lifelong learner of languages, speaking German, French, Spanish, Italian, Armenian, Polish, Russian, Norwegian, and Swedish.
Gina is a Marketing Underwriting Assistant at KRMA, and comes to us with more than 25 years of experience with employee benefits, having focused primarily in the self-funded realm. She began her career with 10 years at a Blue Cross & Blue Shield plan, and her most recent roles include that of Key Account Consultant in the retail agency setting, and served several years as Sales & Marketing Manager for a large national TPA. Gina has a passion for programs that not only reduce the costs of healthcare, but improve member health. She is responsible for the initial technical aspects of the KRMA underwriting process. She Interfaces with remote underwriting and sales team, as well as external customers, to ensure consistent, accurate and timely entries .
Gina basks in country life, enjoying nature and everything in it near Des Moines, IA with her dog Lucky, and indoor/outdoor feline fur babies. She loves being a mom and grandma, enjoying most the time spent with her children and grandchildren. A movie and music buff, her other hobbies include travel, piano, reading, camping, and kayaking.
Gloria has been working for KRMA since 2016, and recently joined our team to become our in-house claims auditor. Gloria oversees the handling of all claims and risk management. Prior to KRMA, she has held a multitude of functional roles within a claims department for MGUs, TPAs, Direct Carriers, and a health system for over 25 years. Some of her roles included claims audits, claims examiner and processer, reinsurance administration, patient financial services, vendor management and working with the medical staff and clinical risk managers.
Gloria resides south of Indianapolis, IN. She is the proud mother of three adult children and even more proud grandmother to her grandbabies. When not in the thick of the numbers, Gloria brings her love of singing to the team.
